This booking fee reserves your appointment on the calendar. You may reschedule once without any penalty. 
 
Permanent Makeup is done in two sessions, six weeks apart. The initial session is to implant color and set the desired shape. The touch up session is to tweak the design, color and/or add color as needed.
 
We tattoo into the "sweet spot" of the papillary layer of the dermis which is just below the epidermis. We cannot predict exactly where the pigment will stay or exfoliate during the initial session due to that "sweet spot" being made of a wavy area (much like an egg crate mattress pad) where the dermis and epidermis meet.

You may purchase this Gift Card for yourself or for a gift for someone else. Just put the recipient's name in the notes below to gift it.
Your Recipient will contact Lainie to book this service. Online booking is not available for this service at this time.
Remaining balance is due at time of session.
Permanent Makeup services will be done under the supervision of our Medical Director.
An automated email will be sent immediately after purchase with the Gift Card Order Number. That number is all that is needed to redeem the Gift Card. No printouts are necessary.
Gift Cards will expire 60 months from date of purchase per Oklahoma law.
All sales are final.
 
Spa Policies
 
Please note that we adhere to a strict "NO CHILDREN POLICY".
All guests entering the spa suite must be 16 or older.
Clients under 16 may receive services with our approval and must be accompanied by a parent during services.
Only clients receiving services will be permitted in our treatment rooms as extra guests are prohibited per our insurance policy.
Due to the private nature of our services, your eyes being closed, and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to have a relaxing spa experience, we request that no children or extra guests accompany you to your appointments as this can take away from other clients' relaxing experiences as well as interrupting our services. We strive to provide personal, relaxing attention to each of our clients.
 
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy as we cannot always fill vacancies with less notice.
A 50% fee will be applied to all appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
A 75% cancellation fee will be applied to all no shows.
