Please note that microderm and dermaplaning sessions must be booked 7-10 days apart and 14 days apart if done with a chemical peel. Nano needling must be booked 14 days apart and 21 days apart if done with a chemical peel. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

VIP MEMBERSHIP FAQs

How do I sign up?

​

Go to www.evoquespa.com/gift-certificates-specials and purchase the membership of your choice. To ensure appointment availability, there are only a few memberships of each type available.

​

When does my VIP Membership begin?

​

​

The day that you purchase the membership.

​

​

​

When does my VIP Membership expire?

​

​

One month after purchase. ex: Memberships purchased on Sept 25 expire Oct 24.

​

How do I renew my VIP Membership?

​

​

We will set up your recurring payment in person at your next appointment.

​

​

​

What if my membership lapses?

​

​

You may reactivate it at any time by purchasing a new membership if they have not sold out. However, the month will still run for 30 days from that original start date. Ex: If you purchase a VIP Membership on Sept 25, but do not renew until Oct 31...your membership will still end on Nov 24. It is best not to let the membership lapse, so you do not lose any days.

How do I cancel my VIP Membership?

​

​

Send an email to EvoqueSpa@gmail.com. After your current monthly VIP Membership expires, you will not be invoiced or charged again.

​

Are VIP Memberships prorated?

​

​

No, VIP Memberships run for one calendar month after purchase and are nonrefundable. If a membership is not renewed on time, it "lapses". You may renew, but the original purchase date will still be your montly start date.

​

How do I schedule my appointments?

​

​

You may book online with Vagaro at www.vagaro.com/EvoqueLashAndDaySpa or reschedule after an appointment. 

​

​

​

How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointments to ensure availability?

​

​

At least two weeks in advance, but you may need to book further out to secure prime time spots such as evenings, weekends, and around holidays. Limited quantities of each membership are being sold to ensure appointment availability.

Can I share or give away services included in my VIP Membership?

​

​

No, these services were discounted just for you.


​

​

What happens if I have a late cancellation or no show?

​

Your forfeit any service that is a "no call/no show". We ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel inside that 48-hour window, you may lose the services booked that month. In event of a true emergency, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

​Please note that we adhere to a strict "NO CHILDREN POLICY" .

We have limited seating in our waiting room and ten providers seeing clients daily.

All guests entering the spa suite must be 16 or older.

Clients under 16 may receive services with our approval and must be accompanied by a parent.

Children and/or entourages will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointments.

Due to the private nature of our services and the tranquil environment needed for everyone to have a relaxing spa experience...

We request that no children or extra guests accompany you to your appointments, phones are on silent and put away, and voices are kept quiet...as this can take away from other clients' experiences as well as interrupting our services. 

We strive to provide personal, relaxing attention to each of our clients. Thank you!
